«Legion. Chronicle of Ukrainian Galician Army 1918-1919» is a new documentary-actable film directed by Taras Khymych. It is the continuation of cycle of educational films about Ukrainian history in the first half of the last century. Story line was created on the basis of witnesses’ memories. In scrupulous reconstructions we face the image of Ukrainian Sich Rifleman. Through the modern events we can have a better understanding of motivation and activities of historical characters.
It is the first documentary film in Ukraine with the usage of the newest technologies in the 4k format
